Old Stamp (Scott Number 411)
This is a very uncommon use of the flat plate coil stamp, perforated 8 1/2 horizontally (Scott #411).
This stamp was issued in 1912, and superceded by 1914. Thus, the usage is quite ’late’, the business postcard being dated in 1918. The two cent rate was typical of the WW I war era for postcards.
