Ship in Gatun Lake

One of the interesting parts of the Panama Canal is the man-made Gatun Lake. Ships from all over the world are anchored here. Some are waiting for their time slot in the Canal, others are making use of the fresh water of the lake to control organisms that attack the ship’s hull.
