Your machine cancel was made by a Barry machine that had an oval postmark. The killer for this example is a set of wavy lines. Other Barry machines impressed circular postmarks and rectilinear postmarks. Here is a picture of the Barry oval with wavy cancel machine impression [17k JPG].
